We are built upon a decade of catalysing tough spaces at CIIE.CO. If there is one thing we have learnt, it is that piecemeal interventions do not work. Solving India’s toughest problems in financial inclusion, skilling and livelihood, health, etc. will require an enabling environment and ecosystem that assists entrepreneurs who are building solutions for Bharat. We provide purpose-driven entrepreneurs with a continuum of support across research, incubation, acceleration, and soft and commercial capital to bring their inclusive, for-profit businesses to life.

Through the continuum of incubation, acceleration, capital, insights – we give everything it takes for these driven entrepreneurs to make superlative impact. We are a Centre of Excellence backed by Government of India’s DST.

If you answered affirmatively to the above questions, then BII’s Financial Inclusion Lab is looking for you!
Over the last 3 years, the Lab has accelerated development and validation of 30+ high impact financial inclusion solutions. Cumulatively, these startups have already served 20mn+ individuals and raised over $50Mn in funding post their participation in the Lab. Now, as the country begins to emerge from the pandemic, BII is looking out for startups that have achieved some validation through early users, paying customers or key partnerships. The lab offers mentoring, curated training, market-linkage, capital and other bespoke support to help the startups become more impactful, scalable and investable businesses.Up to 10 startups will be selected for the acceleration programme.
