Established in 2012, Pratibimb Foundation is a registered non-profit organisation. Founded by Azim Premji University alumnus and experienced development professional Mr Shailesh Kumar, the foundation focuses in the areas of Quality Education, Youth Development, Menstrual Hygiene Management, Livlihood, Poverty Alleviation, and other related development interventions. Currently, we are supporting the government primary schools, running community learning centre to raise the children’s learning level in the Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.
The Foundation began its work with initiatives to improve the quality of education across the state. However, we are envisaging working on the various programs targeting youth development, women empowerment, supporting marginalized groups and various other social issues requiring interventions.
A Female fellow required to work on adolescence girls’ issues.
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Good understanding on MS Office.
- Documentation and Report writing in English.
- Awareness about social media platform.
- Open to travel within Communiations and other districts of UP.
- Positive attitude and ready to take the challenges.
As Fellow:
- Work at the grassroots with adolescent schoolgirls on social issues in communities of Mirzapur.
- Help them discover the leader within themselves.
- Delve deep into your own self and work on your personal and professional skills.
- Understand gender issues and their interlinks.
- Work towards understanding your journey gender issues and stereotypes, and takes steps to break them.
- Support Adolescent to teach English language.
