The European Union (EU) Resource Efficiency Initiative (REI) supports India in the implementation of the UN global Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) agenda by way of adapting international standards and best practices in business on resource efficiency and fostering the efficient and sustainable use of natural resources.
EU Resource Efficiency Initiative (India) is organizing two workshops on circular economy and resource efficiency.

The workshops will have
- exclusive sessions on Tholai Integrated Resource Recovery Park, organized in collaboration with Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation Ltd. (RIICO) and Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB),
- showcase the role of collaboration to addressing challenges pertaining to circular economy,
- bring together industry leaders, policymakers, and experts to discuss and explore innovative approaches to resource efficiency and circular economy practices, and,
- showcase the achievements of the initiative in the past five years and discuss strategy for the future.
