Swaniti Global is an ecosystem builder working toward a sustainable future in a climate constrained world. We believe that the climate crisis requires an “all-hands-on-deck” approach and therefore are working with stakeholders to ensure an effective energy transition. It is in line with this vision that Swaniti provides end-to-end solutions, including knowledge support, on-ground implementation and data tools, to enable a prompt shift toward energy transition. Our impact is focus on resources we mobilize from governments, implementation support from private players and ownership of programs from communities. Swaniti works in US, India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Indonesia and is building alliances and partnerships across the global south.
Swaniti Initiative is launching a 6 months fellowship for fresh undergraduates to engage with the office of Hon’ble Members of Parliament at the intersection of social media, governance and policy making
About the Fellowship:
In our work with Members of Parliament (MPs) over the years, we’ve seen a crucial need: MPs’ willingness to showcase their incredible work to the public. The ConnectMP Fellowship is a unique 6-month program designed to bridge the gap between MPs and their constituents using the power of social media.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Fresh graduates in public policy, social sciences, international relations, or related fields.
- Proactive individuals with a keen understanding of India’s socio-economic landscape.
- Social media savvy with a flair for designing compelling content.
- Independent and collaborative workers ready to craft and implement impactful strategies for social media.
What You’ll Do:
Innovate: Develop and execute social media strategies to boost visibility and engagement.
Create: Craft authentic and relatable content that connects MPs with their audience.
Engage: Work directly with MPs to convey stories and insights on regional and local issues.
