This hands-on experience is crafted to forge resilient leaders, forge strong ties to grassroots electoral issues, and cultivate expertise in organizing impactful campaigns and engaging stakeholders.

Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Bachelors or above in Political Science, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Social Work, Community Development etc.
2. Duration: 6 months, working either 5 days a week (4 hours a day) or 3 days a week (8 hours a day)
3. Communication: English and Hindi
4. Additional Skills: Microsoft Office, Content Writing, Team Leadership and Management
