Selection Process
The Fellows will be selected through a two-stage evaluation process:
Stage 1 Application Screening
Stage 2 Interview (Video/In-person)
The selection list will be released on December 25th. The initial group of candidates will begin their joining process on January 2nd. Those who are selected are expected to join on this date. In exceptional circumstances, candidates may be permitted to join in the second cycle, which starts on February 1st. Please note that no candidates will be allowed to join after this date.
Who Can Apply?
We are inviting political enthusiasts who have a burning passion for politics and wish to bring reform in the country.
If you have a keen interest in political campaigns, this opportunity is for you.
This is open to those who are recent graduates and young professionals from diverse educational and professional backgrounds who are below 40 years
What to Expect?
- Over the period of 11 months, fellows will get hands-on experience working with senior leaders and professionals and be part of the political process (ringside view of election campaign)
- High performing fellows will be eligible for extension to further engage with Aam Aadmi Party.
- Fellows will get a Certificate signed by Shri Arvind Kejriwal, National Convenor, AAP upon completion.
