Description
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Senior Specialist will be a key member of the CSR Team focusing on further developing and implementing Gartner CSR strategy in India and Asia Pacific (APAC) Region.

  • 3+ years of a non-profit or CSR-related experience.

Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the CSR team members and other key stakeholders, continue to develop and execute Gartner’s CSR strategy in India and APAC
  • Help to identify, target and enact CSR activities in areas where Gartner significantly interacts with—and therefore has the greatest potential positive impact on—society to drive mutual benefit in the communities where associates live/work and for the company
  • Provide CSR advice to leaders, business units and associates in India and APAC to drive alignment to corporate CSR program activities and increase volunteerism
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Gartner’s community investment program in India, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations and maximizing social impact
  • Conduct operational support of the Gartner Gives Volunteer portal to improve the volunteer experience for Gartner associates
  • Conduct research, encourage ideas and explore new ways to build CSR efforts
  • Assist in developing an internal dashboard to communicate the mutual societal and business benefit of Gartner CSR activities.
  • Contribute to external reporting on CSR initiatives that influence ESG ratings, including the annual Corporate Responsibility Report, regular ESG rating agency reporting/checks & other industry filings and reports.
  • Effectively triage and manage requests for non-profit engagement from associates, business units, clients and other stakeholders.
  • Document CSR operations and drive continuous improvement and innovation in order to establish proven practices.
