Corporate Connect Lead – Community Outreach – The Embassy Group

Key Responsibilities:

• To champion social responsibility initiatives along with core business operations through collaboration.
• Drive the strategy, framework and execution for growth of the Corporate Connect Program.
• Diversify the partnership portfolio and curate a pipeline of potential partners
• Work with the program leads to identify partnership opportunities and compile project proposals, End to end project management including compliance, empanelment, project execution, fund utilization tracking, monitoring and reporting .
• Curate thought leadership platforms on CSR topics
• Represent Embassy at public CSR forums and platforms.
• Liaise with the Communications & PR teams to create a strategy and plan to advocate for the Corporate Connect Program.
• Support all internal and external advocacy related to the Corporate Connect Program

Qualifications and Work Experience:

• Masters degree in the Social sector
• 4-5 years of experience in similar role

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

• A passion and track record of working towards developing and sustaining Community Outreach initiatives
• Experience in client management and fund raising
• Strong network of NGO, Corporate and Government partners in the CSR space
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Well groomed.
• Experience in content creation.
• Strong MS Office experience
• Independent Thinker and ability to problem solve
