Virtual Job Fair – 2022
GiftAbled with NASSCOM Foundation is taking a step towards building an inclusive industry by creating job opportunities for the differently
abled.
The Virtual Job Fair Starting 20th May -27th May aims to
1. To provide an opportunity to youth with disabilities to access appropriate employment in the job market.
2. To give hiring opportunities to employers as per their need for fulfilling their human resource requirement.
3. To create a mass awareness of diversity inclusion in the workplace.
Research findings show that benefits of hiring people with disabilities included improvements in profitability (e.g., profits and cost-effectiveness, turnover and retention, reliability and punctuality, employee loyalty, company image), competitive advantage (e.g., diverse customers, customer loyalty and satisfaction, innovation, productivity, work ethic, safety), inclusive work culture, and ability awareness.
GiftAbled aims to bring about; a nation that screams diversity and inclusion where each workplace has an equal ratio of individuals from different backgrounds. To extend our efforts to bring about job opportunities for Persons with Disabilities, we are hosting a virtual job fair keeping in mind the current pandemic scenario.
