Ujalaa Milk Producer Company Limited was incorporated on 1st October, 2020 in Kota under part XXI-A of the companies Act 2013. for providing sustainable livelihood alternative through dairying to the milk producers round the year in the districts of Kota, Baran and Jhalawar (Rajasthan). Ujalaa MPCL was from operationalized 20th March 2021.

Ujalaa Milk Producer Company will be one of the top five organizations involved in dairy business of Rajasthan state and will be the first choice of milk producers, consumers and employees under its area of ​​work.

Ujalaa Milk Producer Company is committed to increase the profit earned by the milk producers members from their milk business by reducing the cost of milk production.

At NDDB Dairy Services (NDS), this face is the hardworking face of our dairy farmers. We come to work each day to make dairying an important source of income for them and bring long lasting smile to their face. How do we do this?

• By bringing dairy farmers together to form their own enterprise as a Producer Company

• By reaching out to dairy farmers located in the agrarian- distressed, flood prone, drought prone or aspirational districts in India

• By establishing direct milk procurement facilities for milk, thus eliminating the middle man

• By ensuring the dairy farmers have complete control on procurement

• By providing twice-a-day, round-the-year market access to the milk produced by the dairy farmers

• By improving the productivity of milch animals by providing dairy farmers access to AI using high-genetic merit germplasm, animal nutrition and various other improved animal management practices

• By providing complete digital access to dairy farmers through a mobile app that holds information about their transaction with the MPCs, such as milk pouring, payment, shareholding and deductions for input services, if any.

Position: Producer Institutional Building (PIB) Executive

Hiring for Ujalaa Milk Producer Company Limited , Kota, Rajasthan

Role holder will be responsible for assisting in planning, implementation, monitoring and improvement of Institution building and Milk procurement related systems and activities in the project area.

1) To support in implementation of membership enrolment activities of the Company

2) Effectively communicate with members and field staff about the constitution, structure and functions of the Company and be in a position to provide appropriate answers to all queries on such matters.

3) Spearhead the membership drive (for new membership) as and when required

4) Analyse membership related data pertaining to continuation, classification, share capital etc. and keep the appropriate authority informed of this periodically.

5) Ensure timely display of updated status of membership, their class and subscribed share capital at the Milk Pooling Points.

6) Monitor the progress concerning membership, their participation in business (in terms of milk, CF and use of other services offered by the Company) and equity, take corrective steps where needed to achieve targets and provide regular feed back to the Company

7) Constitute Village Contact Group (VCG) in each village with the support of facilitators, provide need based training and monitor the frequency of VCG meetings conducted and participation/attendance.

8) Constitute Member Relations Group (MRG), provide need based training and facilitate MRG meetings and document the key issues discussed in the meetings, resolve/arrange to resolve issues

9) Monitor field programmes related Producer Institution Building (Member Education Programmes, Women Education Programmes, Clean Milk Production programmes etc.) to ensure implementation of the same as per design and targets and also arrange/undertake impact assessment of these programmes as a feedback to improve the same.

10) Monitor the effectiveness of the VCG and MRG and take corrective measures.

11) To take up appropriate actions for grievance redressal based on the feedback received during VCG/MRG meetings

12) Provide support to the Finance team in finalising the Fund Utilisation Report prepared for Funding agency for PIB activities.

13) To coordinate the arrangements for Annual General Meeting.

14) To support Chief Executive and Operations Head with necessary back up data on the matters pertaining to identification of members meeting criteria for positions for filling up vacancies on the board from Producer Category.

Experience Required: 2-5 Years
CTC Range: 3.00-4.50 LPA
