Main Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving sustainable sourcing, social impact programs and supplier compliance in tea. Supporting in converting the India tea suppliers base to sustainable compliant production through programs like trustea and Rainforest Alliance. Collaborating with tea producers to drive the compass commitments in tea like NDPE, Living Income, Regenerative Agriculture practices and climate action. Responsible for scale up of the sectoral partnerships focused on social impact in tea like women safety and nutrition and hygiene programs. Manage the compliance to Unilever Supplier Qualification System and supplier contracts to achieve responsible sourcing. Work in close coordination with program partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to deliver on the procurement priorities and commitments Support line manager to identify/design the future framework of the interventions in the tea extended supply chain
