RESPONSIBILITIES

  • S/he will manage the day to day activities of CSR and Sustainable IT for Paris and GSC.
  • S/he will be responsible for managing the portfolio of ongoing & planned Sustainable IT/CSR projects, as well as co-ordination and managing the work with multiple Sustainable IT/CSR SPOC’s across various business units.
  • S/he will make sure to track all the carbon footprint progress and support in meeting the group’s target and objectives.
  • S/he will undertake regular reviews of the team’s success and adapt plans as appropriate to ensure the strategic and tactical goals defined for CSR/Sustainable IT are met.
  • S/he will also work with various departments to understand the opportunities of implementing Sustainable IT and Engage with the Sustainable IT Forums to understand the areas were Sustainable innovation can be incorporated. For example: GreenApp initiatives, E-accessibility support, Measuring and new dashboards, tracking DC and storage & Carbon Footprint Awareness.
  • S/he monitor the effectiveness of implementation the appropriate CSR/Sustainable IT Goals and strategy.
  • S/he will review corporate activities and ensure adherence with CSR Strategies, Management Plans and Roadmap. Support the leadership in developing and implementing appropriate management system for improving the overall
  • CSR/Sustainable IT performance of the group.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Implementation of new projects and initiatives to imbibe the culture and drive CSR/Sustainable IT goals.
  • Coordinate with all the CSR/Sustainable IT champions across various business units to track their progress and also make sure that they are aligned with the group’s mission.
  • Bring in the flavor of Sustainable innovation and drive them to attain the groups CSR/Sustainable IT objectives.
  • To oversee and track all the CSR/Sustainable IT activities/events happening across various business units for Global and GSC.
  • Should be aware of Sustainable Innovation practices, ESG guidelines & Carbon Footprint reduction
  • Help in monitoring, reporting, and forecasting KPI’s with respect to CSR activities
