1. Selection and Orientation

Experience: 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience.

Education: Any graduation

Location : Nizamabad

Job Description:

  • That they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates daily, weekly and monthly basis of particular
  • Team member should work closely with Academic team, Hostel tea, Alumni team and Account team and mobilization team
  • Team member should be able to conduct effective orientation, Guest speaker sessions
  • Team member is responsible for the Counselling and ensuring the interview process
  • Team members should be flexible and ready to handle multiple activities and to visit any centres.
  • Ensuring students documentation
  • Team member should have knowledge to access online applications like (MIS and CAMU)
  • The Team member should handle group of students ( 100)

Key Skills Requirement:

  • Understanding training matrix Selection of students, on boarding for training, during the training
  • Ability to deal with changes effectively
  • Proficiency with MS office (MS Word, MS Excel).

2. Executive – Operations

Experience: 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience.

Reporting : CEO

Remuneration: Competitive and commensurate with relevant work experience

Education: Any Graduation

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations related to office facilities, building maintenance, travel arrangements, housekeeping and security.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to organize the project activities at field level.
  • Monitor operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
  • Provide a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work.
  • Communicate with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.
  • Provide logistics support during seminars, meetings, events and conferences.
  • Ensure inventory management for all office assets.
  • Single point of contact for Sandbox Guest/client’s Travel, Food and accommodation.
  • Ensure cordial relationships with office clients, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Ensure the operations of the organization meet the expectations of its stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as and when assigned by operations head within stipulated timeline.

3. Placement Officer

Experience: 1 – 5 years relevant field

Education: Any graduation

Job Description

  • Placement Officer is required to provide career counselling to the candidates.
  • Placement Officer needs to look for job opportunities for candidates.
  • Conducting orientation to Residential & skill Plus program fellows on placement process & policy
  • Need to travel to metricity’s to connect with potential employer for fellow’s placement
  • Needs to review candidates’ resume in order to know about their educational qualification, work experience and other skills.
  • Job Placement Officer is required to understand the candidates’ interest and requirement before seeking a job for him.
  • Job Placement Officer is required to prepare the candidates for interviews.
  • Generating Local & MNC company lead
  • Conducting walk-ins @Campus & colleges
  • Exploring partnership with Company
  • Getting employer Feedback & testimony
  • Getting company’s recruitment requirement from company in advance
  • Job Placement Officer needs to keep in touch with clients from different organizations in order to stay updated with the new job vacancies that come up.
  • The Job Placement Officer may also provide suggestions on how to maintain a good position and grow further within the organization.
  • To correspond to prospective companies for interview date and schedule of events.
  • To arrange for interview facilities at the campus and written test halls.To receive the personnel and provide necessary inputs about the college and to coordinate placement coordinator for smooth functioning at various locations (interview halls, written test halls, canteen etc.).
