1. Client Servicing Associate

This role is best suited for freshers or students who have taken a gap year and will be applying for a Masters degree or individuals wanting to understand the social enterprise startup space and education sector.

Probation period: 3 months

Location: Mumbai/ Pune/ Bangalore – Hybrid

The Role – Client Servicing Associate (Your core duties)

You will be working on key vertical managing TribesforGOOD’s clients and would be instrumental in maintaining relationships with students, schools and NGOs.

  • Head the admissions process for Global Challenges & Social Justice Program. Interview students for the program through zoom calls.
  • Counsel and advise prospective students/ parents regarding application process, programs and other inquiries.
  • Develop relationships with school/university personnel, NGOs, students, parents and alumni.
  • Coordinate virtual training sessions for high school students for the Global Challenges Program.
  • Strategise alumni engagement activities and build an engaged alumni network.
  • Support the marketing team in collecting testimonials, video bytes and education team in developing curriculum.
  • Researching new opportunities for collaboration with partner NGOs.

● Limited Supervision:You are comfortable working with limited supervision and meeting deadlines.

Compensation Annual package of 2.4 lakhs – 3.0 lakhs commensurate with skill and experience + variable (INR 50,000).

2. Operations Associate

The Role – Operations Associate (Your core duties)

You will be working on offline and online TribesforGOOD’s campaigns with partner NGOs.

● Weekly in person field visits to conduct training programs. Planning and Implementation of project activities in the field.

● Coordinate and manage virtual training sessions for high school and college students.

● Identify areas/ collaborate with communities to start new campaigns.

● Build networks with local Government departments and start our educational programs in schools.

● Partner with NGOs for Young Minds for Future, Tech for Good and Financial Literacy Campaigns.

● Coordinate with volunteers and interns for in person and virtual field work sessions.

● Maintain all records and documentation related to project implementation right from beneficiary to field/community.

● 0-3 years of experience

The Role – Marketing & Partnership Lead
As a lead you will be instrumental in increasing visibility through marketing and partnerships. You will assist us in building one of the top brands in social justice education.

Partnership

  • Research, plan and execute various avenues of raising awareness about our services
    among prospective and existing clients.
  • Set up weekly meetings with schools, universities, NGOs, NPOs etc for partnerships
  • Plan potential programs after identifying the needs of Partner NGOs and NPOs.
  • Maintain relations with the NGO network and establish formal contracts with
    partner organizations.
  • Create proposals and effective emailers to generate responses for potential
    meetings.
  • Expand an internal fellowship program to top colleges in India.

Marketing

Content writing and Social Media

  • Maintaining an active presence on social media channels
  • Recording student journeys through video testimonials, case studies, blog, IGTV, Reel etc

Campaigns

  • Maintaining a track of TFG impact and reach for marketing campaigns
  • Engage with TribesforGOOD Alumni through website/ social media and events

Outreach

  • Identify areas and opportunities of outreach and visibility – influencers/ PR/partnering with orgs Blogs and Newsletter
  • Maintain a weekly

blog and newsletter.

  • Send regular emails to schools and partner orgs

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Btech/ Bba/BMS/ Liberal arts) or Masters in Communications.
  • Familiarity with graphic apps such as Canva and video editing software.
  • Fluency in other vernacular languages such as Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, Bengali
    etc (not mandatory) will be an added advantage.
