The/Nudge Foundation is a collective of some of India’s brightest entrepreneurs, leaders, and change-makers, tackling the greatest human development challenge of our times – poverty. Our work is organized across three impact streams:

  • Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
  • Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty
  • Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges

About Indian Administrative Fellowship

Indian Administrative Fellowship (IAF) is an 18-month program under the Centre for Social Innovation for high achievers from diverse sectors to impact millions of lives. ‍The program provides a platform for professionals to partner with the state administration for extending the reach and efficiency of large-scale government programs under the guidance of visionary civil servants while also creating systemic change in the process.

At The/Nudge you will:

  • act as the key point of contact between Fellow Designates, analysts, government stakeholders, and the program team
  • work with the IAF program team to make and execute quarterly plans for delivering on commitments to internal and external stakeholders (progress, updates, M&E, research)
  • schedule critical meetings and ensure participation from the stakeholders towards achieving clarity and maintaining momentum
  • prepare/compile key documents for providing updates and driving consensus on the future course of action

 Apply if you have:

  • a bachelor’s degree or above, in any discipline
  • fluent in Kannada and are ready to travel for work within Karnataka frequently
  • 4-7 years of overall work experience in program/account/project management
  • excellent interpersonal skills/relationship-building skills
  • great written and oral communication skills
  • an understanding of  government  infrastructure, know how to navigate and manage relationships with government entities, and have an ability to pre-empt and think ahead for ops planning
  • an ability to be the key interface with senior leadership and government
  • an experience of working with or on government projects/programs

Would be great if you have:

  • work experience in planning and implementing operations and managing government partnerships/relations
