1. Facilities Administrator

Job Description

Designation : Facilities Administrator

Work Location: Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and coordinating with the providers for services including security, cleaning, catering, technology, parking and more.
  • Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management.
  • Setting up and improving processes that facilitate everyday operations like asset management, tracking the stocks and ordering office supplies and gifts/hampers for birthdays, festive gifts like Diwali, online contests for customers.
  • Coordinate with the building management for the visitors entry, couriers and day to day activities
  • Follow up and manage deliveries along with inventory control from vendors.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/cabin bookings etc. for the upper management
  • Create and update the database with personnel, financial and other information.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in facilities management , office administration, office assistant, or in a similar position is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in facility management, business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Enthusiastic candidate inclined towards the startup and impact sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, along with the aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Good Analytical and critical thinking.

2. Social Media Content Strategist

Designation: Social Media Content Strategist

Work Location: Bangalore

Job Description: As a Social Media Content Strategist, you hold the responsibility to write, develop, edit, and publish content and copy for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, social media posts, infographics, whitepapers, and more. Social Media Strategists create messaging, marketing materials, and various forms of digital online copy that can be used by an organization to sell or promote services, increase brand awareness, etc. You are also expected to provide new content strategies for strong organic growth of the brand.

We are looking for a person with a knack for creating and promoting content that is brand-focused, interactive and engaging. S/he will be responsible for coordinating and executing the company’s social media strategies to bring strong organic growth. This role will be instrumental in increasing our social media presence and brand awareness.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Should be a Creative Storyteller pushing brand awareness to a new level.

2. Experience in content writing or copywriting

3. Experience in handling social media handles

4. Play an important role in LinkedIn and Twitter content curation

5. Produce & publish engaging content across social media.

6. Ideate, implement and manage social media strategies to build stronger brand awareness and engagement

7. Develop content strategies to drive engagement, Organic growth and reach to the platform.

8. Work with copywriters, designers, filmmakers to create high quality and engaging content.

9. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and practices.

10. Understand SEO and its best practices, Monitor User engagement and Content optimization.

11. Connect and collaborate with an ecosystem of stakeholders.

12. Implement influential content strategies.

13. Prompt response to customer queries/comments on all social media platforms.

14. Prepare monthly reports on various KPI’s.

15. Should be able to foresee the upcoming social media trend patterns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role.
  • A personality with creative & impactful ideas with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Should have a knack for both witty & emotional content.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Must have the ability to understand audience preferences and create content accordingly.
  • Analytical skills to use data, insights, and performance metrics to your advantage.
  • Keen interest in design and visual aesthetics for the best creatives output.
  • Solution-oriented with quick turnaround time and team management.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing tools such as Zoho Social, Hootsuite, Buffer etc. is preferred.

3. Business Development Representative

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible to research different causes in the city
  • Should be able to identify stories that would connect with audiences
  • Will be doing the field visits to vet the work on the ground
  • Should talk to various NGOs/social initiatives
  • Bring at least 4-5 number stories onboard per week
  • Should be closely working with the Business Development team.

Requirements :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Development or psychology or a similar field from premium colleges would be preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in working with publications or a similar role
  • Should have experience covering social impact stories
  • Working in a fast-paced growing startup environment
  • Learning attitude
  • Excellent communication skills preferably in Hindi, English, and the regional language of the state.
