DRF is a not-for-profit organization set up in 1996 to enable socially and economically vulnerable groups to take control of their lives. We develop and test innovative solutions to address complex social problems and promote scaling up of impact by leveraging partnerships. We work with Children, Youth (including Persons with Disabilities) Women and Households across 20 States in India.

Our StoryIn 1996 DRF started with the mission to educate and skill young people to fast track them towards livelihood options. DRF’s Livelihood Advancement Business School, better known as LABS, an innovative program way ahead of its time, trained more than five lakh aspirants and was implemented in more than 120 centers across 20 states in India.

But complex social problems require constant innovation and a change in the way we think in order to make a lasting impact. Today, we work with diverse partners to collectively solve problems in the areas of livelihood, education and health. Our recently launched new programs – GROW, MITRA, PUSHTI, FLHTL and ARITRA – builds on the foundation of collaboration for lasting impact.

The leitmotif for DRF’s work is problem solving for scale through collaboration and partnerships.

1. Soft Skills Trainer-Bareilly

Location : Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh

Job Description

Helping students build competency through training.

Will be responsible for:-

  • Training the aspirants on an integrated module (English Grammar + Spoken English + MS Office + Basic Mathematics + Soft skills + Work readiness – all modules will be readily available).
  • Post placement counselling of aspirants.
  • Support the centre in conducting assessments of the aspirants.
  • Publishing the entire Training plan / calendar of the center.
  • Networking with guest lecturers / industry, to arrange field visits as part of the sector

Readiness module / Sensitize employers towards employing PwDs.

  • Handholding aspirants at the work place (for a short duration) after placement.

Qualifications

Graduate / post graduate in any stream

Additional Information

2. Human Resources Executive

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

On-boarding – Orienting new employees to the organization (arranging for a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc in coordination with other respective departments before the employee joins)

  • Coordinating and ensuring the Induction / Orientation schedule and Onboarding formalities are prepared and ready before the employee’s joining date.
  • Coordinating and blocking calendars of all stakeholders and ensuring there are no gaps in the schedule.

Support for Payroll and Compliance

  • Coordinating with program centres across the country and preparing a validated and consolidated attendance sheet by the 24th of every month.
  • Supporting the Payroll SPOC in HR in preparing the monthly payroll advice
  • Consolidating and share data on monthly resignations and other needful data as per requirements.

Record Keeping

  • Maintaining and ensuring to update all common HR records and database on a regular note.
  • Maintaining records of employees (both current and previous) by following a methodical filing and retrieval system.
  • Performing file audits at regular intervals to ensure that all required employee documentation is updated.

Employee Engagement

  • Conducting and coordinating the execution of employee wellbeing and engagement events/activities across the organisation.
  • Building employee relations across all levels and enabling a positive working environment.
  • Designing creative’s to engage staff on key messages on organisation culture, values and policies.

Confirmation & Performance Management System

  • Working closely with respective stakeholders to ensure timely completion of employee reviews as and when due.
  • Ensuring timely confirmation of staff.

Employee Separations

  • Responsible for end to end processing of the full & final settlement process.
  • Conducting exit interviews of the resigned employees and consolidating the same.
  • Analysing the feedback received through the exit survey and present a monthly/quarterly/yearly report.

Documentation, Issuance of letters and Report generation

  • Ensuring due diligence of required documents and approvals before issuing letters to employees
  • Preparing employee letters on different subjects like transfers, deputation, change of reporting, others and ensuring to send it to the concerned employee well in time.
  • Keeping track, collating and preparing weekly/fortnightly/monthly inputs on key parameters in HR.
