Program Manager – Waste Management (Akhod)

• Planning, Monitoring, Implementation and reporting for Sustainable Waste Management Program/s
• Assist with the development, promotion and implementation of new models.
• Collate statistics and compile reports to strict deadlines
• Assist with the development of information and promotional materials
• Meet waste collection, reduction, recycling and sustainability targets
• Assist and monitor selling of waste from Swachh Recycling Centre and also find new buyers for waste (Biodegradable and Non-Biodegradable)
• Ensure meeting project targets in a timely manner
• Marketing, branding, packaging and delivering of  Biodegradable and Non-Biodegradable Waste.
• Liaison with CSR partner/s, Govt., local panchayats and other institutions.

Required qualifications and skills:

• A Master’s Degree in Social work, Social sciences, development studies, management or Environment Science from a reputed University/Institute.
• 2-3 years of professional experience required.
• Have a good understanding of the development sector, particularly in areas of Waste Management, Rural development, livelihoods,  climate change and environment study.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English. Knowledge of Gujarati will be preferable.
• Well versed with MS Office, Google Suite and Data Management.
• Candidate From Vadodara, Bharuch and Surat Based Will be Preferable.
