About the job
1. Manage overall operations, execution and expansion of the programmes at Muskurahat Foundation in Ranchi, Jharkhand; which will include but not limited to:

• Complete on-boarding of communities from contact to project initiation
• Manage continuous engagement of beneficiaries and stakeholders
• Manage material procurement and management for the project
• Facilitate feedback mechanisms and analyse action points for improvement of the program

2. Contribute in research, development and operations of other projects in Ranchi, Jharkhand

3. Assist in hiring relevant resource persons for the project

4. Manage the day to day operations of Muskurahat’s projects

5. Liaison with on-ground partners and other stakeholders for smooth functioning of the project

6. Assist in curriculum development and monitoring and evaluation of the projects

7. Manage the entire operations of Muskurahat’s Ranchi chapter and be Muskurahat’s point of contact and representative
