Academic Excellence Manager (AEM) play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission – they directly work with teachers and schools to ensure that our system is effectively implemented to achieve the desired learning outcomes.

We are looking for highly competent professionals who are excited by the idea of democratizing quality teaching tools and techniques to students and teachers in Affordable Private Schools.

Experience range 3 years – 5 years

Designation: 

A day in the life of a Sr. AEM: 

• Be energized and passionate about delivering excellent student outcomes at schools.
• Support and monitor LEAD School academic system execution in partner schools.
• Visit schools at regular intervals to train teachers, observe classrooms and ensure execution of the program.
• Analyze student performance data and design interventions with multiple stakeholders to improve student learning.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate with large and diverse teams in the small towns.

The Experience we would like you to have?: 

• 3-5 years of overall experience, middle to high school teaching experience preferable.
• TFI Fellowship: 2 years of fellowship and 1-2 years of post-fellowship OR
• Other Fellowships: 1-2 years of fellowship and 2-3 years of post-fellowship OR
• Other Organizations: 2 years of teaching experience and 3 years in an academic support role  OR
• Teacher/Academic Coordinator/Principal: 5+ years of teaching experience and 2+ years of managing teams.

Must haves:

• A passion for Academics and Education
• Ability and flexibility to travel 15-20 days in a month.
• Honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, purpose, and people skills
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Zest towards new ideas and new ways of doing things
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-paced work environment
• Leadership skills to hire, coach and manage a team
