WE Hub Foundation, registered under Section 8 of the (Indian) Companies Act 2013, is under the purview of I.T E & C Department, Government of Telangana. WE Hub (Women Entrepreneurs Hub) is India’s first and only State led Incubator to promote and foster women entrepreneurship by way of Incubation, Access to Government and create a Global collaborative network for Women led Enterprises to thrive. As a step towards advancing the economy through participation of women, the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) 2017 hosted in Hyderabad was themed “Women First, Prosperity for all”. Identifying the need for a dedicated platform to support and guide Women Entrepreneurs during the Summit, the Government of Telangana conceptualized “WE Hub” and announced its inception on 8th March 2018.
WE Hub works primarily in providing access to technical, financial, government and policy support required to start-up, scale up and accelerate with global market access, to women entrepreneurs in India. With the mission to create a supportive community of resources for Women Entrepreneurs, WE Hub has been working closely with Government agencies, Corporates, Industries, Academia, and international agencies, to democratize women entrepreneurship across socio economic strata.
1. Accounts Manager, WE Hub
Job Description:
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, external stakeholders
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

2. Communications Associate

- Assist in the implementation and updating of WE Hub’s communications and PR plan
- Write profile stories of entrepreneurs that highlight their entrepreneurial journey and/or learning practices used at WE Hub.
- Manage WE Hub’s online presence by updating, revising, and developing its website resources and by developing copy for its social media
- Write Internal reports and general communications to help promote WE Hub’s internal processes and which provides learning excellence for both internal and external audiences.
- Writing, publishing engaging content and audience interaction on various social networks, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.

3. Facility Manager, WE Hub
Job Description:
- Provide a pivotal role in facility service operations of WE Hub Headquarters in Hyderabad including new office builds and fast-paced expansions, capacity and space planning, and implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience, be the face of workplace services to our end users, and work with WE Hub’s entrepreneurs to understand their needs and deliver the right solutions, while influencing the customer, the client, and other internal organizations in reaching consensus and compromise when needed.
- Be responsible for delivery of WE Hub’s diverse programs, services, and agreements, and provide strategic direction and leadership to facilities teams (in-sourced and extended workforce) who oversee both building operations (repairs and maintenance, HVAC, janitorial, etc.) and manage the daily operations of the site (reception and mail services, occupancy planning and moves, EHS programs, etc.).
Qualifications:

5. Program Associate, MIS, Mentor – Mentee Program
Job Description:
- Part of the core team which implements the Mentor – Mentee Program at WE Hub.
- Think through the details of program execution for well-defined projects to drive the overall engagement forward
- Create effective presentations and project plans to communicate the above
- Analyze publicly available data, information and provide relevant insights for the project
- Creating tools to streamline the processes necessary for the Mentor – Mentee Program.
- Compiling field level data and presenting it to the respective authorities.
- Maintaining relevant data on sheets and regularly monitoring the progress of the project.
- Participate in the process of reporting & documentation and updating MIS data related to project; along with documentation of success stories/videos with the team members.
- Monitoring of project activities and ensuring timely reporting of the same.

6. Program Liaison, Mentor – Mentee Program
Job Description:
- Leads the core team which implements the Mentor – Mentee Program at WE Hub
- Participate in strategic discussion and create program roadmaps & executions plans
- Manage communication on strategic initiatives, OKRs, changes and value propositions
- Align business stakeholders on changes and new procedures
- Help team derive high level estimates and conduct Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)
- Prioritize competing demands, negotiate timelines, and scope large efforts

7. Program Manager, Incubation
Job Description:
- Direct and manage the incubation of Start-ups, as well as assist Start-ups in the areas of strategy, product-market fit, business plan development and market analysis
- Lead the Start-Ups support activities of WE HUB, including business advisory/mentoring, access to finance, access to information and access to policy.
- Develop relevant, quality training, advisory and mentorship programs for the Start-Ups.
- Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets, improve profitability and help the business grow.
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
- Responsible for the development and oversight of the WE HUB’s corporate strategies to support growth objectives while strengthening the business core to develop and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position, or reputation.
- Play a key role in strategy formulation, collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders, and leads cross-functional teams in the development of business-wide operational strategies.
- Manage the development of corporate plans and budgets by playing a lead role in all the planning and budgeting activities performed by WE HUB.
- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Prepare Quarterly/Annual strategic risk Reports for the Management as well as the WE HUB’s Leadership.
Desired Qualification:

8. Program Manager, M&E
Job Description:
- Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection, and evaluation procedures
- Recommend further improvement of the logical framework
- Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success.
- Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results.
- Monitor the sustainability of the project’s results.
- Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project strategies and activities.
- Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks.
- Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities to the CEO.
- Participate in annual project reviews and planning workshops and assist the Project Manager in preparing relevant reports.
- Support monitoring and evaluation of the effects and impact of the project.
- Assist in coordinating across the available components of the Project to ensure effective implementation of M&E/MIS.

9. Research Associate
Job Description:
- Engage regularly with government and non-government partners, research projects on scale-ups and researchers to identify ways in which the scale-up team can support the different partners and inform the pipeline of solutions emerging from new research.
- Develop frameworks and models for supporting governments and other partners to implement an evidence-based policy or program, including implementation toolkits and technical assistance partnerships.
- Write reports by distilling data and presenting it in an easy-to-understand manner for different kinds of audience and be comfortable analyzing and interpreting data (especially data related to monitoring and evaluation of programs).
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners in governments, NGOs, foundations, and multilateral aid agencies in the region.
- Capture learnings on success and failures in scaling-up programs with quality and generating tools and knowledge products for internal and external sharing.
Qualification:
- Education: Master’s degree (preferably in economics, public policy, business, finance/financial services, or international development). A strong technical understanding of economics and/or evaluation is necessary to ensure that WE Hub’s findings are translated into general policy conclusions in a way that is both simple to follow but also accurate and undistorted.
- Experience: This position requires one or more years of relevant experience in addition to a relevant master’s degree. Experience working in livelihoods, finance, with MSMEs/financial services and programmes is highly preferable. Experience of working with state/central governments in India, and previous managerial experience, will be an added advantage.
- Understanding Randomized Evaluations: Demonstrate a keen understanding of the value of randomized evaluations and their usefulness for policy decisions.
