Tech Mahindra Foundation is the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of Tech Mahindra. It was set up in 2007 as a Section 25 Company (referred to as Section 8 Company in the Companies Act, 2013), with a vision of Empowering through Education, and a mission encapsulated in the words below:

- Work in collaboration with NGOs/Organizations/Community leaders/Educational institutes/Govt. departments/etc. to reach out to students.
- Counsel potential students during outreach and establish and maintain a good relationship with them.
- Maintain a database of parents / guardian / prospective students visiting Academy with the information as to their educational qualification, profession and annual income in the given format.
- Create a database of educational institutions in and around Delhi and Campaigning to reach out to potential candidates.
- Perform counselling & career guidance to the interested students by making outbound calls/meeting and convert them into admission
- Willing to travel out station in the adjoining districts for building prospective networks
- Resolve candidates’ queries related to courses offered.
- Daily/weekly/monthly reports on work done to the Academy Director.
- Arrange to develop a database of potential students to follow up. Arrange and conduct Academy visits and do a presentation about the courses and the Academy and support counsellors in mobilizing visitors with the intent to convert visits into admissions.

- Ensure effective implementation of TMF Programs (both employability and education and volunteering) through partners, ensuring all necessary compliances, process adherence and meeting performance metrics set for the same.
- Manage and evaluate all the programs in education and employability with respect to their goals, progress to goals and sustainability during field visi
- Prepare and share the budget with the reporting manager and monitor the fund utilization of the partners on a regular basis.
- Review the vouchers, bills and other supporting documents related to finance and accounts on regular basis and submit the report to the reporting manager.

- Be the first point of contact for the NGO partners for compliant resolution.
