Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Artist with expertise in creating 2D infographics to enhance storytelling in live-action short documentaries (3-5 minutes). The ideal candidate will transform complex data and ideas into visually engaging graphics, seamlessly integrating them into live-action footage. This role is critical in crafting compelling branded content for The Better India, combining creativity and technical expertise to deliver impactful visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Infographic Design & Animation:
1. Create dynamic 2D infographics and animations that effectively communicate data and ideas.

Collaboration with Creative Teams:
1. Work closely with editors, directors, and creative leads to align motion graphics with project goals.

Technical Execution:
1. Use tools like Adobe After Effects and Illustrator to design and animate professional 2D graphics.

Quality Control:

The Better India is seeking a Senior Video Editor to join our team of passionate storytellers who create content that inspires and drives change. The ideal candidate is an expert in crafting impactful short documentaries (3-5 minutes), has a strong command of color grading, and is proficient in After Effects. This role also involves leading and mentoring a team of editors while ensuring seamless project execution.
Mandatory Requirement –
1 – 4K Editing-Capable computer
2 – Access to a minimum 100 Mbps internet connection.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Post-Production
1. Edit short documentaries showcasing changemakers, grassroots stories, and innovative solutions, aligning with The Better India’s ethos.
2. Perform advanced color grading to enhance visual consistency and storytelling.
3. Use Adobe After Effects to create motion graphics and infographics that elevate content.
4. Deliver optimized content for multiple platforms, including web and social media.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
1. Manage, mentor, and guide a team of video editors to produce high-quality, impactful content.
2. Provide constructive feedback on edits, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and deadlines.

Mandatory Requirements:
● Equipment:
o A 4K editing-capable computer with sufficient processing power for seamless video editing.

o A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps to handle large file uploads/downloads and remote collaboration effectively.
Qualifications :
Experience:
o 5+ years in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing impactful short documentaries.
o Previous experience in digital media, content platforms, or similar organizations.
Technical Skills:
o Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
