Educational Qualification: Master’s in Social Sciences / Master of Public Health / M.Phil / PhD

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the social development sector. 2-3 years of experience in documentation and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) roles. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in handling adolescent programming.

General Criteria: The candidate should be between 35 and 45 years of age, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must demonstrate a strong proficiency in documentation and proposal writing, along with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Additionally, knowledge of statistical packages such as SPSS, Stata, R, or any other relevant software will be considered highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Identify opportunities and develop project concept notes and proposals for adolescent programming.
  • Support in strengthening the overall Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) system for adolescent programming.
  • Assist in detailed documentation, including concept notes, presentations, communication materials, reports, and proposal writing.
  • Manage and analyze adolescent program data.
  • Create reports aligned with global and national goals and indicators related to adolescent programming.
  • Provide support in field-level monitoring and evaluation of adolescent programs.
  • Coordinate and assist in creating case studies and Stories of Change booklets for adolescent programs.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned.
