As part of the Inspire initiative, Mantra4Change builds partnerships to amplify our ideas and approaches across the educational ecosystem. One of our key initiatives under this umbrella is the Shikshagraha movement, which aims to catalyze collective action across 100 districts in India to enhance the quality of education. By 2025, it seeks to impact 40 million children through decentralized school improvement programs. Shikshāgraha focuses on empowering school leaders, fostering collaboration between district education departments and local NGOs, leveraging India’s open-source technology platform, DIKSHA, for documenting and disseminating best practices. Key objectives include improving student outcomes, enhancing school infrastructure, building systemic capacity through community-driven, need-based solutions, and ensuring sustainable and context-specific educational reforms.
About the role
We are looking for a Lead to join our Communications Team and help build the presence of Mantra4Change across channels and forums. In this position, you will play a key role in promoting our organization through engaging social media activities, visual communication (video blogs, and infographics), and media engagements.
Roles and Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Create engaging and informative content for Mantra4Change’s various communication channels, including but not limited to social media, website, newsletters, blogs, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and generate content ideas that align with our organization’s goals and target audience.

As a PMU (Project Management Unit) lead, Mantra will oversee major educational programs and activities envisioned by the department. As a Program Lead in the Education Reforms Team, you will own mini-projects within the overall program. You’ll be in the company of other such other leads whose projects together define the scope of the state education reforms program. While receiving requisite guidance and support from the program leadership, you’ll drive the mission of enabling the relevant stakeholders to lead continuous and sustainable improvements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Leading and co-creating the journey of education change through programs with the government.
- Research and develop tools to identify the needs of the education system
