Inqui-Lab Inqui-Lab programs aim to nurture problem-solving capacities in adolescents aged 12 to 24 years. When we look at the OECD Report, our National Educational Policy, or the pandemic itself, it is clear that students of today need to learn more than just literacy and numeracy.

They need such adaptive capacities that not only make them job ready but help them solve the many complex problems that they see around them. What better place to support and build these skills than when young?

Through our foundational programs, the in-person Think & Make and the hybrid School Innovation Challenge (UniSolve), we work towards providing problem solving experiences to students using simplified design thinking processes. With the targeted Discover & Empower Student Innovators, we work towards creating a community of students who have displayed intent to solve problems (or wish to do so) from our foundational programs by leveraging technology and providing them a safe space. With Youth for Social Impact, we work alongside Higher Education partners to nurture human centred design and entrepreneurial mindsets in college-going youth. 1.Senior Associate, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Impact

About Your Role
As a Senior Associate, you will participate in research management and the design & implementation of MERL systems for Inqui-Lab programs. You would be collaborating with the program team and mentors to ensure the realisation of intended impact, data-driven decision making, and drawing of actionable insights.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution: Execute the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning strategy for Inqui-Lab rooted in our theory of change and programmatic impact definitions.
• Deep dive: Into literature review, repurpose or propose effective ways to observe and evaluate 21st century skills amongst student groups of 10-24 years.
• Research & Design: Design methodologies [including research questions and objectives], sampling strategies and appropriate M&E tools for seamless impact x product collaboration.
• Data Collection: Oversee data collection efforts by various stakeholders to ensure quality, integrity and effective submission and storage of data.
• Training and Support: Training & capacity building team members & project staff to support MERL efforts (co-developing logframes, frameworks, deploying tools, collecting & cleaning data, maintaining protocols, etc).
• Systems Set-up: Develop and streamline MERL systems & tools for data capture, presentation, and reporting against performance & impact indicators at program & organisation levels.
• Reporting: Synthesising M&E efforts into timely, relevant, multi-format reports to share progress, reviews, and evaluations based on the requirements of internal team, partners, and publishing on other org communication channels such as blogs etc.
• Learning: Support in Fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organisation by disseminating research findings and insights during and after project implementation. Collaborate with different functions to integrate learning into product design, practices, and decision-making processes.
• Collaboration: Working with and supporting third-party assessors and external M&E advisors, agencies for RCTs etc to drive project and organisational learning.

Skills and Competencies Expected

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in statistics, economics, social sciences, public policy, or data analytics & management (and other relevant fields).
• 5 years experience being involved in design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, MIS systems, and research.
• Experience in measurement of education outcomes or 21st century skills and mindsets relevant to Inqui-Lab’s work such as creativity, critical thinking etc targeting adolescents and youth.
• Knowledge and experience in building one or more M&E outputs like evaluation frameworks, theories of change, logic frameworks, impact maps, and associated MERL strategies.
• Knowledge and experience in data analytics, statistical methods, research methodologies, dashboard development, and project management.
• Knowledge and experience in designing strategies and tools for data life cycle management.
• Strong communication skills for inward and outward facing engagement.
• Comfort with working and capacity building teams at different levels.

2. Program Facilitator

About Think & Make
T&M is a low-cost, lean, replicable intervention for public school students to:

● Develop their problem-solving capacity.
● Learn about their passions and strengths.
● Use them to bring about positive change in their surroundings.

The intervention is a 2-year program implemented within classrooms, hands-on, experiences and showcases to push a culture of problem-solving within the learning space. Program Facilitator

solutions in different ways. We have been working closely with TSWREIS & TTWREIS from past 7 years with the Think & Make program.

About The Role
As a Program Facilitator, you will be required to facilitate and be responsible for ensuring the problem-solving curriculum is executed well in our Schools . This would involve working with multiple stakeholders and being the go-to person for children and their innovative solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Program Implementation: Schedule sessions at fixed times per week as per community centre requirements and student preferences.
• Facilitation: Use program content to engage students in a meaningful way
• Resource Management: Maintain program materials and kits within the school.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify student ideas of merit and assist in the organisation of showcases to increase outreach.
• Data Collection: Document and share impact data, photos and feedback on the program.
• Skill Building: Attend training on the T&M program for weekly basis, its facilitation, and data collection
• Reporting & Troubleshooting: Reach out proactively and seek support from Inqui-Lab in case of queries or challenges in program implementation & facilitation.

Note : Individuals have to travel for 4 days to the schools and facilitate and each session carries 90-minutes where you have to facilitate and observe the students in the classrooms.

Operations Manager

• Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts within the team, maintaining harmony and cooperation among members.
• Capacity Building: Train and Coach the program operations team for effective implementation of school programs.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Relationship Building: Forge and maintain strong relationships with educational partners, government entities, and donors. Understand their needs and expectations to better align organisational projects and initiatives.
• Communication: Serve as a key point of contact (with respect to projects) for stakeholders, ensuring that all communication is clear, timely, and professional. Facilitate regular meetings and updates.

Reporting and Compliance:

• Comprehensive Reporting: Ensure that all project and operational reporting is completed accurately and on time, including financial reports, progress updates, and compliance documents.
• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor the organisation’s compliance with grant and funder requirements, legal regulations, and internal policies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years experience at project manager role working in the development/education sector.
• 5+ years of people management experience
