1.Team Leader

• Qualification B.E/ B. Tech in Civil  Engineering with MBA/ PGDBM/ Master’s in Construction Management or Project Management or equivalent
• Experience Overall Experience of 12 years in managing Infrastructure projects with Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Sector of Central/State/Semi Governments sponsored programs.

2. Project Management and Monitoring Specialist

• Qualification B.E/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering and Masters in Public Health Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/Structural Engineering.
• Experience Overall, 07 years of experience in managing Infrastructure projects with at least 3 years of managerial experience in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Sector of Central/State/SemiGovernment sponsored programs

3.Hydraulics Engineer

• Qualification B.E/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering and Masters in Hydraulics
• Experience Overall, 07 years of experience in hydraulic design of Infrastructure projects with at least  3 years of hydraulic design experience in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene sector of Central/State/Semi Governments sponsored programs.

4. Financial management And monitoring Expert

• Qualification MBA (Finance)/ ICWA/ CMA degree/ CA
• Experience Overall 07 years of experience in managing infrastructure projects with experience of accounting/auditing/ reporting and computerized Financial management of Central/State/Semi Governments sponsored programs.

5. IEC and Content Development Specialist

• Qualification Master’s in social science/ Mass Communication/ Management/Rural Management
• Experience Overall, 7 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Sector of Central/State/Semi Governments sponsored programs.

6. Data Analytics and MIS specialist

• Qualification B.E/B. Tech in Civil with MBA/ PGDBM/ Masters in Statistics.
• Experience Overall, 7 years’ experience with 3 years of experience in MIS application for monitoring, dash board development in multiple domains of infrastructure projects in Central/State/Semi Governments sponsored programs

7. Procurement

• Qualification Specialist B.E/ B. Tech in Civil with Masters or MBA in any specialization
• Experience Overall 7 years’ experience with 3 years of experience in procurement/ bid process management in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Sector of Central/State/Semi Governments, sponsored programs.
