Role Description:
Sr. Executive- Finance & Accounts is responsible to develop and maintain accurate financial statements, ensure compliance, statutory requirements, maintain accounting systems and bookkeeping to ensure overall financial health of the organization. NGO partner evaluation, due diligence and capacity building are deliverables expected from this role
Responsibilities:
Scope of work
1. Project Execution: Managing project activities, coordinating resources, and ensuring that project milestones and deadlines are met.
2. Project Monitoring and Control: Tracking project progress, monitoring project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed, and ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
3. Stakeholder Management: Establishing effective communication channels, managing stakeholder expectations, and facilitating stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Budgeting and Financial Management: Developing project budgets, tracking project expenditures, managing financial resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered within the allocated budget.
5. Team Leadership: Providing leadership and guidance within the team, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment, and resolving conflicts or issues that arise within the team.
6. Quality Management: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements, conducting quality assurance activities, and implementing appropriate quality control measures.
7. Communication and Reporting: Communicating project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders, preparing regular project reports, and facilitating project meetings and presentations.
8. Risk Management: Identifying and assessing project risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and implementing risk response plans to minimize the impact of potential risks on project outcomes.
9. Documentation and Documentation Management: Creating and maintaining project documentation, including project charters, project plans, status reports, and other project-related documents.
10. Maintaining end-to-end Repository with all necessary documents.

Masters in Commerce, MBA-Finance, B.Com Computers
Languages needed
English, Hindi, Kannada (any other regional languages)
