Job Responsibilities

• He/ she will attend, diagnose and resolve all kind of MSS and FMS calls related to network infrastructure, server related issues, smart phones support, data & system backup properly and within allowable time.
• System executive where in Network Support Engineer is not deployed will also conduct audio video communication sessions through video conferencing, MS TEAM or any other mode at respective site between/ among two or more locations as per instruction of site Coordinator/EIC

Min. Qualification
3 Year Diploma in CS or IT
