We are looking for dynamic and driven Legal Associates with 1-3 years of experience in legal practice with a focus on technology, data protection, or related fields. As a new age firm breaking traditional legal problem solving by using technology, this role requires a versatile individual with foundational knowledge in intellectual property law, IT law, data protection law and contract law.

The ideal candidate would be someone who comes with super-powers of analytical thinking, multi-disciplinary approach to legal problem-solving and is ready to learn application of in-house proprietary technology tools to different market sectors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; additional qualifications in technology law, data protection, or intellectual property are advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret legal implications and provide practical advice. Functional understanding of Intellectual Property Law, IT Laws, Media-related legal issues, including content licensing, e-commerce relayed regulations and Contract Laws.
• Innovative use of technology tools for legal research and case management.
• Disciplined work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to work diligently to meet client and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Advisory on Intellectual Property Law, General Compliance, Technology, Media, Contracts, Data Protection and Privacy.Staying abreast of evolving technology, general compliance and data protection regulations.Analysis of data privacy practices and providing business enabling solutions.Draft and review privacy policies, data processing agreements, and other relevant documents.Interact with clients on technology Law.Advise on legal issues related to emerging technologies, software licensing, and technology transactions.Provide guidance on sectoral regulatory frameworks, especially technology and e-commerce sector.
