Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive with 2-3 years of relevant experience to act as an internal auditor, ensuring the highest standards in operational, financial, and customer-focused processes. The ideal candidate will identify and bridge process gaps, optimize costs, enhance customer satisfaction, and lead the company in acquiring various quality certifications.

- Operational Excellence: Conduct thorough audits of all operational processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Financial Controls: Implement robust financial controls to maintain financial excellence and integrity.
- Customer Satisfaction: Engage continuously with customers to understand their needs and enhance their satisfaction with our services and products.
- Quality Certifications: Lead the company’s efforts in obtaining and maintaining quality certifications relevant to our industry and business practices.
- Cost Optimization: Identify and implement strategies for cost reduction while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Cash Transaction Audits: Audit all cash transactions to prevent discrepancies and ensure transparency.
- Risk Management: Measure and implement effective risk controls to safeguard company operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in processes through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and other methodologies, and define improvements to enhance overall quality.
Requirements Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to conduct detailed audits and create comprehensive reports.
- Knowledge of risk management and cost optimization practices.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO auditor) is highly desirable.
