1. Associate Director – Placements and Corporate Relations: This position requires individuals with expertise in building and fostering relationships across CHROs, TA Heads and Campus Heads along with CXOs at Marquee Companies
2. Senior Manager – Placements and Corporate Relations: This role is similar to the one above, its an in Individual Contributor led role.
3. Associate Director – Student Training and Placement Readiness: This position requires an individual with expertise in getting students placement ready across different domains to ensure successful placement outcomes for our students

Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished professional for the role of Associate Director of Student Training and Placement Readiness. This strategic position requires an individual with expertise in getting students placement ready across different domains to ensure successful placement outcomes for our students by getting them placed in their dream companies such as Google, Amazon Microsoft, etc.

Responsibilities:

Student Training and Placement Readiness

Develop and implement a robust data-driven placement readiness strategy aligned with student aspirations.
Lead a 4-5 members team in achieving high placement rates, ensuring student placements in top-tier companies.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students in their career development journey. Help the students identify and crack their dream roles
Everything from student resumes (Use technology to get the best resume cuts), mock interviews, last mile preparation, assignment reviews customised portfolios, etc to ensure that the student demonstrates highest readiness in front of the recruiter

Qualifications:

Ex-consultant from top tier firm/Tier 1 B school recent graduate who understands the importance of high quality placement readiness
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to design and lead training sessions
Can manage high calibre students
Past training experience is not important

The primary responsibility will be to lead a team, drive the placement strategy for various programs, and ensure successful placement outcomes for our students by getting them placed in their dream companies such as Google, Amazon Microsoft, etc. The individual should be able to personally foster relationships with these companies.

Placement Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement a robust data-driven placement strategy aligned with industry trends and student aspirations.
Lead a 12-15 members placement team in achieving high placement rates, ensuring student placements in top-tier companies.
Act as a liaison between the institution and corporate partners to facilitate meaningful collaborations.

Community and Brand Representation:

Cultivate a strong community network by leading events, forums, and programs that connect students with industry professionals.
Represent Masters Union as a premier educational institution in interactions with corporate partners, and industry associations, at various events.

Student Support:

Provide mentorship and guidance to students in their career development journey. Help the students identify and crack their dream roles

Qualifications:

Proven track record of 5-7 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales
Should have the ability to meet targets
Tier 1 B school graduate
Has managed large teams and can motivate the team to meet their targets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Has managed/interacted with C level executives and has the ability to close deals
Being an ex-consultant from top tier firm is a plus
