HIRING: Administrative Assistant at Paani Foundation
1. Administrative Assistant
Work Experience: 1-2 Years
Location: Mumbai (Santacruz West)
Type of Position: Full-Time, Work From Office
Remuneration: Commensurate to experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking various ongoing projects – gathering data and updates after communicating with our field team
- Drafting messages and creating Kobo / Google Forms for internal correspondence and data collection
- Basic data sorting, filtering and analyzing on MS Excel and Google Dashboard
- Maintaining and updating records (for e.g. ID proofs, employee IDs, etc.) for 100+ team members
- Assisting with miscellaneous logistical and administrative tasks in the office
Key Skills and Qualities Required:
- Language Proficiency: Marathi (Advanced), English (Intermediate)
- Ability to write impactful emails and messages and communicate clearly over the phone in Marathi and English.
- Expertise in MS Office and Google Workplace
- Ability to expertly create, manage, and update various Google Spreadsheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Tech Savvy Well versed with computers, ability to find quick solutions, and use AI tools to improve efficiencies.
- Initiative Taking Entrepreneurial, detail oriented, and punctual. Must be able to work in a dynamic work environment and meet challenging deadlines.
- Passion for Rural Development
- Passion for developing rural livelihoods with a basic understanding of issues around water and agriculture.
- Willingness to research more about certain topics, and strengthen foundational knowledge on the same.

2. Senior Social Media Manager at Paani Foundation
Paani Foundation is looking for a senior social media manager to strengthen our digital communication efforts and grow our reach on various social media platforms. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Mumbai, and involves frequent travelling to villages in Maharashtra (at least 3-5 days a month).

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leading the creation of a strategy to grow Paani Foundation’s digital presence, and playing an active role in its implementation
- Working on improving our content quantitatively as well as qualitatively (for e.g., improving the writing quality, photo quality, turn-around-times, etc.)
- Analyzing social media analytics to identify trends and track performance
- Working with a graphic designer to produce high-quality visual content as well as posters needed for recruitment, training, festivals, special events, etc.
- Working with a video editor to produce engaging video stories and reels
- Ensuring accuracy and quality of Marathi-to-English translations
- Writing clear and concise English subtitles for short Marathi videos (Length of most such videos will be 2 – 5 mins)
- Traveling 3-5 days on field per month to cover stories on video and photo (shooting mostly on phone or an easy-to-use handycam)
Key Skills and Qualities Required:
Language Proficiency: Expert fluency in Marathi and English writing, speaking and comprehension
Experience in Digital Communications: Minimum 3-4 years in digital content creation and social media management
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using creator and analytics platforms like Facebook Creator Studio, YouTube Studio, and Twitter Analytics
- Experience in using design tools such as Canva
- Ability to use and experiment with AI to optimize workflows and content
Teamwork and Problem Solving:
- Ability to be initiative-taking and solution-oriented
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members
- Willingness to share knowledge, mentor colleagues and accept feedback
