Role: Program Manager – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
Experience: 3-5 years
Work Location: Virtual/ WFH (Applicants MUST be based in India)

Passionate about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and interest in issues relating to LGBT+ Inclusion with a keen interest to learn and develop subject matter expertise in this area? Then, come work with us!

What is expected out of you:

  • Conduct the needs assessment and recommend right DEI solutions to corporate clients.
  • Anchor the LGBT+ Inclusion roadmap & solutions for corporate clients.
  • Partner with HR/ D&I/ CXOs to drive LGBT+ Inclusion strategies & programs.
  • Implement existing or develop new programs to enable clients in their LGBT+ inclusion journey.
  • Providing administrative support for webinars, trainings, networking events, etc
  • Collaborating with Consulting and Training Team in preparing content related to LGBT+
  • Create and maintain metrics, impact related to assigned projects.
  • Consistently researching and recording of the global best practices
  • Keeping abreast of key developments relating to LGBT+ equality, including legislative, cultural, and social,
    regularly reviewing research and articles in the media

You should have the:

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Ability to think laterally and creatively.
  • Ability to understand the importance of different backgrounds, thought process, perspectives and experiences and is respectful of individual differences.
  • Ability to work against sometimes tight and demanding timelines.
  • Ability to understand the importance of quality client service, proactively identifies client needs and creates strategies to proficiently serve clients.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • A self-starter, problem-solver, subject matter expert, bringing ideas and best practices, a data-driven builder and an influencer, architecting solutions that pay off and drive impact with consistency.
