Eligibility Criteria

Advisors

Educational Qualification

• A Graduate degree with good academic record of 60% and above in Engineering or Law
• A Post Graduate Degree with good academic record of 60% and above in Management (MBA/PGDM) or MA in Economic/Political Science/ Statistics/ Sociology/ Social Work/Public Policy/Public Administration or Master of Social Work /Post graduate in Science.
• 10% relaxation in minimum qualifying mark in above required qualification to the SC/ST candidates will be allowed as per rules.

Experience:

• A minimum research/field experience of 6 years in Government/Semi government/NGO/Private Sector in analytical studies of policies/programmes/schemes in an area relevant to the expected work
• Last gross salary/cost to Company should not be less than Rs. 50,000/- per month

Age Limit:

• Minimum: 25 years
• Maximum: 40 years (as on last date of submission of application)

Desirable Qualification:

• Advanced analytical skills,
• Proficiency in Computer application,
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in English and working knowledge of Hindi
• Relevant work experience with Central Government/State Government PSUs/NGOs /Private Sector and
• Acquaintance with important Projects and Plans of the Government/International Organizations like UNDP, UNICEF, UNESCO, World Bank etc.

Research Associates

Educational Qualification

• A Graduate degree with good academic record of 60% and above in Engineering or Law
• A Post Graduate Degree with good academic record of 60% and above in Management (MBA/PGDM) or MA in Economic/Political Science/ Statistics/ Sociology/ Social Work/Public Policy/Public Administration or Master of Social Work/Post graduate in Science.
• Capability to use ICT Application (Information Communication Technology)
• Note: There is no reservation in Research Associate category.

Age Limit:

Minimum: 21 years

Maximum: 32 years (as on last date of submission of application)

Desirable Qualification:

• Advanced analytical skills,

• Relevant work experience with Central Government/State Government PSUs/NGOs /Private Sector and

Compensation

• Research Associates: Rs. 40,000 per month
• Advisors: Rs. 60,000 per month
• In addition, both will be entitled to get other allowances as per AIGGPA Service Rules.
• Touring for official purposes out of the district would be covered separately under the programme, as per the Government of MP TA/DA Rules.

Selection Process

The selection process of the Programme will consist of two rounds:

• Preliminary Scrutiny: The first round of shortlisting will be done based on online computer based test conducted by MPOnline. Selection will be done on the basis of merit list & the eligible candidates will be contacted for personal interview.
• Personal Interview: The shortlisted candidates will be called for face-to-face interview with a panel of experts. Candidates will be interviewed in-person in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Induction cum Training

• There will be an induction cum training programme to orient the selected candidates with important programmes of the Government of Madhya Pradesh and a refresher on research methodology.

• The candidates can apply for only one post, either for Advisor or for Research Associate.

2. High School examination Mark sheet in support of date of birth.
3. Higher Secondary School examination Mark sheet.
4. Graduation Mark sheet.
5. Post Graduation Mark sheet.
6. Caste Certificate ( in case of reserve category candidates)
7. Experience Certificate.

Application Fee:

Online application filling on MPOnline portal will be on chargeable basis @Rs.170/- +GST

For objection calling Rs.50/-+GST will be charged. All these charges will be borne by the candidates via online various payment methods.
