Lead- Sustainability

Role Brief:
We are seeking an ESG Operations Lead to enhance Brillio’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. The role involves analyzing our current ESG reporting framework, managing CSR and Foundation compliance, and reviewing our net-zero strategy. The ideal candidate will propose innovative ESG metrics, develop a detailed net-zero strategy, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather relevant data. Additionally, the manager will identify challenges, formulate mitigation strategies, and create comprehensive ESG reports. The role requires strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to sustainability, and effective communication for internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

ESG Reporting Framework:

• Understand and analyze the existing ESG reporting framework, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
• Propose enhancements to ensure comprehensive and accurate reporting.

CSR and Foundation Compliance:

• Manage all CSR and Foundation compliance work, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

Net-Zero Strategy and Sustainability Goals:

• Review the current net-zero strategy and sustainability goals.
• Conduct a gap analysis and identify areas for improvement and innovation.

ESG Metrics Enhancement:

• Conduct in-depth research to propose additional ESG metrics.
• Explore technology adoption, operational changes, and resource optimization to accelerate progress towards net-zero emissions.

Net-Zero Strategy Development:

• Develop a detailed net-zero strategy with actionable steps and milestones.
• Formulate guidelines for executing proposed strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Drive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather relevant data on emissions, sustainability metrics, and support the organization’s growth ambition.

Challenge Identification and Mitigation:

• Identify potential challenges in strategy execution.
• Formulate effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.

ESG Report Creation:

• Create a comprehensive ESG report for Brillio.
• Incorporate new metrics and improve data collection methods for accurate reporting.

Impact Tracking:

• Track the impact of implemented strategies.
• Provide recommendations for continuous enhancement of the ESG strategy.

ESG Communication:

• Develop an effective ESG communication strategy.
• Ensure transparent and compelling communication of ESG initiatives internally and externally.

Job requirements
