In times of social distancing, extended lockdowns and people working remotely, U&I has leveraged technology to build team engagement through virtual volunteering.
U&I has conducted 10,000+ engagements among 10,000+ volunteers in 5,00,000+ hours where 2,000+ engagement hours were virtual. Being one of the trusted platforms for CSR and volunteering, U&I is leading India’s Social Impact Movement virtually.
Started in 2011 by Satish Manchikanti and Ajit Sivaram, U&I empowers young people to step up, lead, and be the change.

Being a part of U&I’s CSR Partnership Team is challenging, fun, dynamic & magical and sometimes all of that on the same day! A remote team spread across India but tight knit when it comes to being connected and caring for each other.
You get to work with the CSR teams from Fortune 500 companies creating impactful projects across India.
From connecting with CSR leads, to putting together proposals to working with corporate partners to ensure projects are executed & submitting impact reports – there’s a wide range of tasks this job entails. If this sounds like something you will like, keep reading!
Your Key Responsibilities: Network with companies, trusts, government agencies and other bodies for grants. Confidence and thick skin may be helpful!
Manage the grant application process. This involves writing, editing, uploading forms, and following up. Once the donor gives us funds, guess what? They want to make sure we used it correctly. That’s where you’ll come in. Track, report, keep donors happy.
Organise fundraising campaigns and events. These are like team sports. Without the sweat.
