Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated team player to support the program in Delhi by supporting parents through WhatsApp Chatbot . Over the past two years, we’ve supported over 175K  parents through the Chatbot.

The role will entail closely working with the members of project teams, understanding how beneficiaries (parents) interact with Chatbot and creating strategies and plans for how they can be supported through the Chatbot. The role will also allow the candidate to work with Leads of other verticals such as Data and Technology and involve interacting and forging collaboration with other non-profits to drive the program effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support operations in Delhi by supporting parents through WhatsApp Chatbot
• Understanding use cases for WhatsApp Chatbot and how parents interact with technology
• Develop and strengthen service layers to drive effective adoption of the Whatsapp Chatbot amongst the beneficiaries
• Collaborate with vertical leads in Technology, Data, and other verticals to create support strategies, track activities, and assess their impact.
• Disseminate information, knowledge, and content through a WhatsApp bot, both by partnering with external organizations and developing in-house resources (contents) to assist parents.
• Creating strategies to improve user engagement, designing pilots and interventions through WhatsApp Chatbot to experiment with different features
• Documenting end to end processes
• People management, manage a 3 – 4 member team ensuring the overall health and success of the team

Requirements

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 2-3 years of experience in program/product design and management with exposure in leading teams and edtech projects (exceptional cases will be considered)
• Excellent project management skills and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build & manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to analyse data and make data-based decisions
• Good knowledge of Excel, Power point and other fundamental tech tools
• Ability to manage a team with a high responsibility in the organisation
• Fluent in English and Hindi (speaking, reading and writing)

Desired Qualities

• Operating style suited to working with internal and external teams where teamwork, collaboration and resourcefulness are highly valued
• Experience working with Tech and Product teams
• Proficiency in SQL is a plus
• Openness to experiment and innovate with technology​

Remuneration:  The salary will be in the range of Rs.55000-65000 per month (negotiable for the right talent)
