At Khushi Baby (KB) we seek to motivate and monitor community health care at the last mile. We build and implement community-inspired digital health solutions to empower frontline health workers to deliver informed care for pregnant women, children, and other underserved / vulnerable communities.

Khushi Baby is the Nodal Technical Support Partner to the Government of Rajasthan’s Department of Medical, Health, and Family Welfare, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the State’s integrated community health platform out of the Rajasthan State Data Center.

Collectively, Khushi Baby’s solutions have been used by over 70,000 community health workers for tracking Reproductive, Maternal, Neonatal, Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCH+A),Non-communicable Diseases (NCDs), Communicable Diseases (COVID-19, TB, vector-borne diseases), and for special campaigns (e.g. Measles and Rubella elimination, COVID-19 vaccination) .These solutions have already tracked the health of over 40 million beneficiaries, making Khushi Baby’s m-health platform for government-employed community health workers, the second largest in the world. Beyond Rajasthan, our work extends to government pilots in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and pilots with other NGOs in Maharashtra.

For a district-level project for comprehensive digitization of primary healthcare in India . The pilot project aims to establish and strengthen digitally enabled health systems at PHC level and leverage the ABDM framework to demonstrate an interoperable digital health ecosystem at district level, which can be scaled by the state.We are seeking a mature, motivated, mission-driven Project Officer/Associate to join our team

What we require:

  • A master’s degree in healthcare, public policy, or a related discipline
  • Fluent in Marathi (Mandatory) and English..
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Public Health with prior experience in Government Stakeholder Liaisoning.
  • Proven experience in managing and implementing healthcare projects, particularly in the context of healthcare digitization.
  • Strong knowledge of India’s healthcare system and policies, including familiarity with the ABDM framework.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintainrelationships with a range of stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the district-level project for comprehensive digitization of primary healthcare.
  • Coordinate project activities, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Collaborate with government agencies, healthcare workers, and community members to ensure project success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Work towards creating an interoperable digital health ecosystem at the district level.
  • Implement the ABDM framework to enable seamless data exchange and integration.
  • Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to monitor the impact of digital health solutions.Ensure the accuracy and security of health data collected.
  • Provide training and support to healthcare workers and project team members.
  • Promote a culture of digital literacy and health awareness.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and technical specifications.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies for scaling up the project at the state level.

Remuneration
