1. Senior Manager – Institutional Fundraising
Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing strategies and setting goals to hit fundraising targets, including corpus and program funding.
- Contributing to maintaining a healthy institutional funding pipeline by leading on the research and identification of potential new funding opportunities and streams
- Representing ARMMAN at conferences, sector events, and networking to identify and connect with potential donors/ relevant stakeholders
- Writing proposals and applications for grants and awards, and submitting to potential funders
- Preparing budgets
- Attending calls and meetings and supporting in pitch to potential funders.
- Relationship management with existing donors and responding to their requests regularly
- Completing Quarterly/ Half-yearly reporting requirements for all institutional donors
- Planning, organizing and attending field visits with donors
- Organizing virtual and offline networking events in collaboration with existing funders
Qualification & Skills:
- Excellent planning, time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work effectively as part of a small close-knit team

2. Regional Manager
We are looking for Regional Manager in Lucknow.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Program management and implementation in accordance with the mission and vision of the organization.
- Develop and maintain cordial relationships with the National Health Mission (NHM) and other state and district level officials.
- Assist State Program Managers (SPMs) and Senior SPMs in developing advocacy framework and support them in state level meetings with stakeholders for decision-making.
- Develop and support regional level capacity building and IEC implementation plans, and assess their effectiveness.
- Support research, and M&E teams for implementing activities in the region.
- Analyse Kilkari and Mobile Academy data and present findings.
- Conduct program reviews with internal teams and support them in developing monthly/ quarterly plans.
- Produce accurate and timely reports throughout the program lifecycle.
- Implement and manage interventions ensuring that the program goals are achieved.
- Analyse program risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Develop annual plans for the assigned states. Review plans monthly/quarterly and submit detailed report to Program Director and the National team.
Qualification & Skills:
- Master’s in Public Health or Degree in Social Sciences from a reputed Institute preferred.
- Minimum 10 years experience of working in the social sector and at least 3 years experience working at state/regional level.

3. State Program Manager
We are looking for State Program Manager for Kilkari and Mobile Academy programs in Uttarakhand. As the State Program Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of the program.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Program management and implementation in accordance with the vision and mission of the organization.
- Key contact point for any programmatic assistance.
- Documentation, coordination and management of the program in liaison with state officials and ARMMAN’s program teams.
- Support functional teams to ensure timely completion of planned activities for all projects.
- Data collection and feedback from the ground to improve functioning of the program.
- Coordinate with the program teams and other departments in the organization to support effective program implementation.
- Support IEC (Information, Education & Communication) and BCC initiatives for effective implementation.
- Open to frequent travel within the state and other program locations.
- Willingness to work on a wide range of tasks.
- Accurate and timely reporting of program status.
- Assist in maintaining documentation of all program-related financial transactions.
- Submit field visit report upon completion of the trip.

4. Data Scientist
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and data gathering techniques.

5. Research Assistant
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conducting interviews with pregnant women and mothers of infants, and health care functionaries in the public health system.
- Data entry in excel and cleaning of data.
- Prepare tables and graphs based on quantitative data.
- Transcribe interviews from Hindi to English.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors or Master’s in Public Health or Social Sciences. Those with work experience in the area of Public
- Health or maternal and child health landscape will be given preference.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English is a must. Knowledge of other languages will be valuable.
- Being empathetic and passionate to talk to women, community members and health care professionals is very important.
- Minimum 1.5 to 2 years experience working in research projects or with communities is a must.
- Engagement as part of a Masters dissertation and engagement in communities will be considered experience.
