Bandhan Bank Limited was incorporated on December 23, 2014 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bandhan Financial Holdings Limited, owned by Bandhan Financial Services Limited (BFSL), the largest microfinance organisation in India. Its public shareholders include International Finance Corporation (IFC), SIDBI, Caladium Investment Pte. Ltd. (a company managed by GIC Special Investments Private Limited), Bandhan Employees Welfare Trust & a few individuals. Bandhan Bank is looking for a bright candidate for the position of Assistant/Deputy Brand Manager for the Marketing team.

𝘐𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘦:

Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management

  • BFSI brand experience will be an advantage
  • Should have working experience of multimedia campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Exemplary skills in storytelling
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Strong consumer focus

𝘑𝘰𝘣 𝘋𝘦𝘴𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯:

Brand Plan Execution

  • Assist in the making of the brand plan, brand campaigns
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and templates for all communication/campaigns
  • Execute brand campaigns as per plans
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns basis brand plan and/or management direction

Media Planning and Buying Effectiveness

  1. Timely execution of campaigns
  2. Regular campaign monitoring with partners
  3. Assessment of campaign success

Partner Management

  1. Manage partner relationships
  2. Develop frameworks for smoother operations and execution
  3. Follow processes for partner evaluation
