JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
BRB’s Brand & External Communication (BEC) sub-function, is part of its Resource Mobilisation function, and responsible for building a strong public profile for the organisation to support advocacy, campaigning and fundraising, as well as facilitating behaviour change, among the general as well as target populations, for projects. BEC focuses on representing the organisation in the public domain and producing communication material for internal and external use.

Reporting to the Head – Brand & Engagement, the Manager – Digital Marketing (MDM) will assist in developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. S/he should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The MDM will work closely with the marketing and other teams, as well as
different vendors to launch campaigns.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on all social channels, apart from SEO/ SEM, marketing databases, email and display advertising campaigns;
  • Design, build and maintain BRB’s presence, by running paid campaigns;
  • Measure, assess and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, against goals and targets (viz. ROI and KPIs);
  • Oversee copywriting to power digital content and conversations;
  • Identify trends and insights for digital marketing, and optimize spends and performance, based on the insights gained;
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience;
  • Deploy analytical tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Track and monitor conversion points and optimize user funnels;
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners;
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and perspective for their adoption, where appropriate;
  • Monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns vis-à-vis that of competing brands and track the accomplishment of BRB KPIs;
  • Develop monthly reviews and reports on key performance indicators for the function.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualification:

  • Applicants should be Management Graduates with a specailization in marketing;
  • Applicants should also have a degree/ diploma in Digital Marketing, or be Google Certified SEO experts.

Experience:

  •  7-10 years of digital marketing experience;
  • Proven experience in various aspects of digital marketing such as SEO, Google Ads, Email marketing, Content marketing, Inbound methodologies etc.;
  • Social sector experience is preferred but not essential;

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • Fluent oral communication skills;
  • Good written communication skills;
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Good technical knowledge of web development and technical SEO;
  • Good knowledge and experience of Google Ads and Google Analytics;
  • Google knowledge on Google Tag Manager;
  • Advanced Excel skills.

COMPENSATION OFFERED:

Gross compensation budgeted for the position is attractive. Please note that the offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.

LOCATION: Gurugram

CONTRACT:
This is a full-time position and the initial fixed-term contract will be offered for a period of three years.
