We are hiring! We seek a highly motivated, creative and result-oriented Deputy Manager – Strategic Sourcing who will be responsible for planning and driving strategic initiatives under the Supply Chain function by working closely with the leadership team in the capacity of an individual contributor. They will act as a project manager to solve complex problems, create detailed execution plans, manage diverse stakeholders, and communicate with senior leadership up to the Board of Directors.

⦿ Qualification: B. Tech/ B. Com/ CA. MBA is a plus.
⦿ Experience: Should have 1-3 years of overall work experience in driving strategic initiatives in a consulting/industry role. Experience in Pharma is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute the strategy to build a world-class supply chain tailored to each business area in close collaboration with the senior leadership
• Drive project management for timely execution by the respective owners and report the progress periodically
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the effective implementation of strategic initiatives
• Develop business cases and high-quality reports/presentations on the initiatives
