The Punjab Good Governance Fellowship Programme is a strategic collaboration between the Government of Punjab and Indian School of Business (ISB) to engage young professionals in supporting the Government of Punjab at the State and district level. A batch size of District Development Fellows (DDF) and Governance Fellows (GF) will get an opportunity to work with government administration for a year, through process re-engineering some of the largest governance reforms, strengthening existing initiatives of the Punjab government and make a real-time impact in the state. through process re-engineering.
The Punjab Good Governance Fellowship program aims to engage young professionals in supporting government of Punjab in furthering the agenda of governance reforms, with strategic and operational support across various administrative Depts. at the
state level and across all districts of Punjab. The aim of the fellowship is to provide support to the State Government for research and introduction of good administrative practices in thrust areas at State Headquarters and District Level.
Applications are invited for following positions purely on contract basis for a period of 2 years. Eligible candidates may send their applications on or before 29.08.2023 by 05:00 PM.
The Punjab Good Governance Fellowship Programme is hiring for the below positions:
1. Lead Governance (24 LPA)
2. Programme Associates (12 LPA)
3. Punjab Good Governance Fellows (8 LPA)
The Eligibility and educational qualification for the above said posts are as under:-
1. Positions: Lead Governance
No. of posts: 1
Criteria – Requirement
Qualification – Master’s or equivalent from a reputed institute such as IIM/ IIT/ ISB etc.
Work Experience – Work experience of at least 5 years. Experience in lead a team in complex and constrained setup, to deliver high quality output in a time bound manner.
Age – Upto 40 Years
Remuneration – INR LPA 24
2. Positions: Program Associate
No. of posts: 2
Criteria – Requirement
Qualification – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a reputed institute such as IIT etc.
Work Experience – Work experience of at least 3 years
Age – Upto 35 Years
Remuneration – INR LPA 1
3. Positions Punjab Good Governance Fellow
No. of posts: 7
Criteria – Requirement
Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed institute / Recognized university.
Work Experience – Minimum 18 months
Age – Upto 30 years
Remuneration – INR LPA 8
The appointees shall be under probation for the first 3 months and will be confirmed based on performance, in additional to the successful completion of training and submission of work details.
Only the candidate found to be eligible by the scrutiny committee shall be invited to appear for the interview.
