Accelerate Indian Philanthropy (AIP)
A TCF portfolio organization, AIP envisions collectively accelerating philanthropy that impacts India’s transformation. We are a peer network to accelerate strategic philanthropy—a movement by and for philanthropists. 1. Support the leadership team with research and insight that inform and inspire philanthropists to give more, soon, and better
2. Manage and deliver curation of knowledge products, including both primary and secondary research projects, speaking with experts and synthesizing data from multiple data points; indicative knowledge resources include sectoral reports, philanthropy case studies, and NGO profiles
3. Assist with maintaining and growing the existing influencer/advisor network for AIP, and initiate/participate in a wide range of interventions, not limited to proposals, events, and networking

1. Master’s degree in Economics or Management or Social Sciences from a top tier institution with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and sophistication

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and values.
2. Create and manage a content calendar that includes social media, email campaigns (incl. newsletters), and website content (incl. blog)
3. Produce high-quality, engaging content that effectively communicates our brand message to our target audience. Some examples include:

d. Curate, manage, update AIP collateral such as intro deck, welcome kit, etc

4. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, development, and program staff, to ensure that all messaging and branding are consistent and effective.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including PR agencies, media outlets, and design vendors, to support brand and communication goals.
6. Measure and analyse the effectiveness of brand and communication efforts, using data to inform future strategies and tactics.
7. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure that all brand and communication initiatives are executed on time and within budget.
8. Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on best practices in branding and communication.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or another related field is preferred
2. At least 5 years of experience in a not-for-profit company

Roles and Responsibilities (Philanthropy Partner)
1. Develop, build, maintain a pipeline of potential philanthropists in Bengaluru by identifying and leveraging multiple prospecting channels, and partner outreach capabilities.
2. Be the primary point of contact for UHNIs in Bengaluru in context of their philanthropic giving, maintaining sustained engagement with them through a range of initiatives including peer and SME connects, giving plans, thematic sessions, convening events, philanthropic case studies, and more.
3. Work with the CEO and other advisors to refine and implement the outreach and
4. engagement plan for Indian UHNIs domestically and the Indian diaspora overseas.
5. Instill an entrepreneurial culture and mindset for the organization and take an iterative approach to catalyzing strategic philanthropy.
6. Identify and forge working partnerships with other critical stakeholders like wealth
7. managers, foundations, non-profit organisations, to provide value to philanthropists and embed AIP in the ecosystem.
Desired Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
1. The ideal candidate for this role would have over 15 years of experience in progressively senior, stakeholder management roles
