Roles & Responsibilities

• Coach & train the students on STEM knowledge & motivate them to create solutions solving real-world / application issues with the support of technologies like Robotics, 3D printing and IOT
• Guide students with innovative robotics projects to exhibit their talents. Plan and deliver training programs and workshops for students, teachers
• Travel to schools to deliver training programs and workshops. Maintain accurate records attendance
• Managing, updating and developing/creating training content
• Timely submission of reports concerning program implementation.
• Relationship management with all stakeholders (schools, teachers, etc.)
• Conduct training with teachers and monthly mentorship sessions in selected schools.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong science, math /technical knowledge.
• Hands on experience in Arduino, ESP32, Arduino Programming (C++), MS office.
• Python is as added advantage.
• Experience in Stem / steam / Robotics / AI etc.
• Problem-solving approach and zeal towards bringing an idea to life in the form of a prototype or project.
• Self-motivated with a positive & professional approach to management.
• Demonstrates proficiency with the latest technologies.
• Able to work in ambiguity & efficiently without constant supervision.

Competencies and Abilities

• Accomplishments of assigned targets.
• Develop at least 10 projects from each project school.
• Conduct professional development workshops for teachers on methodologies.
• Ensure quality delivery of the program & effective usage of technology in the program by students and teachers.
• Manage stakeholder & partner relationships.

Qualification & Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience.
• B.Tech( ECE/E&E/ CSE/ ICR) / BSc /MSc Science/IT or MCA.
• Strongly believes in Maker Culture. Good understanding in Python and Machine Learning.
• Hands on experience with programming with understanding of design thinking and computational thinking.
• English, Hindi and Local language.
• Prior experience as a trainer is preferred
