End Poverty (EP) is a civil society organization formed in 2009 with a purpose to contribute towards poverty reduction in India. The idea was to set up an organization that will understand the underlying issues and will collaboratively address them to maximize the impact at ground level. EP intends to create a pool of opportunities for the individuals by enabling them to contribute to the local systems with their full potential hence offering better lives for everyone. Since its inception EP has impacted the lives of more than 30,000 individuals benefitting out of our robust models on various focus areas. We have our presence across 7 geographies (Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh & Delhi) and our major focus areas are as follows: – Sustainable Farming (Agriculture value chains & dairy value chains) – Women empowerment (Women-led micro enterprises & SHG promotion) – Youth Employment & skill development – Girls’ education (Providing education to adolescent girls) – Rural development (Access to basic entitlements and necessities for rural communities)

Brief Boraj Gram Sakhi Mahila Producer Company Ltd is an FPC promoted by End Poverty . Through this FPC , following services are provided to Women dairy Farmers for Sustainable Dairy Development.

4.Capacity Building and Awareness
5. Livelihood and women Empowerment.

Job Location Jaipur , Rajasthan

Job responsibilities

• Work with the Board of Directors and other executives to establish shortterm objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies.
• Present regular reports on the status of the company’s operations to the board of directors and to company staff.
• Training to multiple stakeholders involved in the project and coordination with them.
• Reviewing , Monitoring and tracking activities, preparation progress and planning .
• Capacity building and training of stakeholders on various aspects to ensure efficiency and awareness .
• Handing the Operations , Quality Assurance, mobilization , finances , procurement , data management etc .
• To prepare business plans and detailed road map for FPO
• Oversee the organization’s financial structure, ensuring viability of the FPO.
• Review the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company’s objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
• Ensure the company’s compliant with all applicable laws, rules, regulationsm and standards.
• Serve as the company’s representative to the board of directors, shareholders, employees, customers, the government, and the public.
• Perform other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.

Qualification & Required

skills and Competencies

QUALIFICATION: –

• Master’s Degree with relevant experience.
• Preference will be given to the candidates with B.Sc / Msc Agriculture, BSc /Msc Veterinary Science
• MBA (Marketing) Candidates will be preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3+ year’s work experience in Farmer Producer Organization in Dairy .

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

1.Fluency in both oral and written communication in English, Hindi Language
2.Excellent knowledge of Ms office.
3. Marketing skills
