Job Description

Looking for an incumbent with minimum work experience 8-10 years in an agency or client-side team leading and managing social media strategy and account management. Must have a track record of hands-on execution and supervisory responsibilities as an individual contributor or people manager with a strong grasp of social listening tools and sentiment analysis.

Role Requirements

  • Lead and anchor Social Media Strategy and Publishing for Corporate Affairs.
    Online Reputation Management – communication strategy and messaging and influencer management.
  • Platform analytics, measurement and growth strategy for website and social media.
  • Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager Certification.
  • Alertness to internet and social media trends, ecosystem news cycle, reputation sensitivities and triggers.
  • Domain knowledge: Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of social media platforms, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working knowledge of content marketing, advertising on Google, Facebook, Twitter & Instagram.
  • Data and process orientation, budget and ROI consciousness.
  • Desired Traits: Creative marketing ideation, teamwork, thinking out of the box, liaising with vendors and agencies to deliver on stretch goals, stakeholder management and expectation setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategise and manage social media publishing calendar, working closely with the editorial and PR teams.
  • Own and maintain performance tracking for social media/reputation management campaigns across Comms social media platforms.
  • Publish and share periodic reports and insights on content performance and sentiment metrics.
  • Manage budgets and track spends.
  • Manage vendor relationships and paid media programs.
  • Upskill continuously to stay abreast of industry standards and trends in Social
  • Media/Reputation Management and implement learnings to meet business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with comprehensive understanding of Reputation
  • Management, Influencer Management and Digital Marketing in an internet business ecosystem.
  • Any previous experience in eCommerce is an advantage.
  • Must have relevant experience in Digital Reputation Management for reputable clients.
  • Good understanding of influencer marketing.
  • Thorough working knowledge in the nuances of Social Media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in social media operations, reporting insights, stakeholder management including external agency.
  • Familiarity with reporting insights using tools such as Hootsuite, Brandwatch, TalkWalker, Sprinklr, etc.
  • Strong orientation in ethics and compliance
