Indian Awaz Foundation is a national Organization working on poverty alleviation, Quality education and Community development. we have been working on providing Disaster Relief aid during the Assam Flood with our Project Aid For Assam, we are working on Providing Quality education to those communities who are Underprivileged.

Our vision is to educate the needy children residing in the darkest part of society by helping them to shape their future, strive to ensure that even the most vulnerable children in shelters can realize their dreams, and break the vicious circle of poverty, through our interventions which empower children and the youth in creating a stage for themselves.

The Indian Awaz team firmly believes that everybody should have a reasonable quality of life – a life in which they need not struggle or suffer to make ends meet, a life that allows one to provide reasonable safety and security to their families & children, a life that one can live with dignity and in their terms. Our goal is to work on the community as a whole, help improve the ecosystem, make sure that they are free from exploitation, and can cope with life crises.

Position Purpose
A Resource Mobilization Officer works in various public places with the objective of raising donations from individuals for a specific Cause and reports to the F2F Team Leader. Upon recruitment the position is expected to talk with individual prospects with integrity and conviction upholding the values of the organization.

About you
To meet this challenge, you could be a fresher or an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record in fundraising and a clear understanding of what motivates people to donate to an organization. Ready to learn and make a difference in the society we live in.

  • Professionalism: Knowledge and/or experience in managing conduct and emotions in a positive way
  • Teamwork & Communication: Knowledge and/or experience in working with others and presenting information, ideas, and positions in a clear manner that can easily be understood. .

  • Working Hours
  • Development Hours
  • Monthly Average Gift Size
  • Monthly total number of donor acquired and total value (in INR) of first debits
  • Quarterly Line Manager feedback score on demonstrating company primacy towards purpose (core values and culture)
