Roles and Responsibilities

This is primarily a Telemedicine field coordination role. Responsibilities include:

• Reporting to the Project Manager, as defined by the Project Manager
• Getting trained on complete telemedicine software and devices usage.
• Installation of software as well as hardware in centers as required.
• Carrying out training of the nurse staff on telemedicine and devices as and when required
• Managing IT infrastructure at the centers, including support & maintenance for medical devices, including spares management and replacement with Company and other vendors.
• Day-to-day event or incident reporting for any events / incidents at the centers, and their resolutions
• Regularly visiting all the centers to oversee the operations.
• Observation, verification and reporting of the processes at the centers to the Management team
• Data collection from the field and the application
• Analyzing the correctness of the collected data, documenting it in the desired formats and presenting it to the Management staff periodically.
• Coordinating activities for visitors to the centers, organizing special events at the centers and project areas, as and when required
• Other responsibilities related to the position, as assigned by the Project Manager/ Management team from time-to-time.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• Good interpersonal skills
• Should have good aptitude and attitude with ability to work independently

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Qualification – Any graduate (Engineering preferred)
• Work-experience: 2 years in Telemedicine/ Healthcare project implementation (Public Health background preferred)
